PROMEG® Extruded Polypropylene Sheet
PROMEG® is an extruded sheet material that is both tough and flexible. PROMEG is versatile, 100% Australian made, recyclable & non-toxic. PROMEG can be customised to colour, size, surface finish & gauge, but is also stocked in a diverse array of opaque and translucent colours as well as clear. PROMEG has excellent printability and is suitable for a magnitude of processing options & finishes. It possesses good mechanical characteristics (impact & tensile strength) and unique hinging properties ensuring it won’t split, crack or de-laminate. Thicknesses generally range from 0.25 to 5.0 mm.
Extruded PROMEG® in up to 3 layers:
Single Layer: virgin, recycled or combination.
Co-extruded: 2 or 3 layers. This is used to achieve a 2 coloured aesthetic, or to utilise a recycled material in the centre without compromising on the outside colour.
Stock & Customised PROMEG® Sheet:
We produce stock sheet range which includes 28 colours. We can also fully customise sheet to specific technical briefs; whether it be PMS colour, thickness, rigidity, opacity and texture, UV stabiliser etc...Just to name a few.
Versatile: Unlimited customization potential including; colour, thickness and surface finish.
Processing Options include: Die-cutting, Vac-Forming
Excellent Printability: Screen, Offset, Digital. Other embellishments include foil-stamping and embossing.
Fatigue Resistant: Unique material properties means that the sheet will not crack or split making it ideal for integral hinges.
Durable/Re-usable: Water resistant. Good mechanical properties make it perfect for repeat use.
Recyclable: PROMEG is 100% recyclable, and has the number “5” as its resin identification code.
Applications: Both indoor and outdoor POS displays and signage, as well as stationery products and gift packaging.

Transparent stock colours – “Trans-colours” feature a contemporary assortment of 9 translucent yet vibrant colours from our PROMEG range.
Opaque stock colours – Opaque range feature's a rainbow's assortment of Opaque colours from our PROMEG® range.
Clear stock range – Comprised of a lightly frosted sheet, a clear fineline/mirror with subtle lines at a 90 degree angle & a clear fineline/mirror with detailing at a 45 degree angle.
