Defence Housing Australia required a binder and divider set to welcome new lessors.

It was essential that the folder retain a long-lasting premium aesthetic for clients to hold on to and file their Lessor related documents during each year. 

A clear pocket was added at the spine of the binder for the client to mark which year the contents are relating to. This is a long-term, quality piece of stationery that asserts a certain pride, like that of the clients who purchased land to receive the kit itself.
